Competence meets passion

Our philosophy: focus on the coach and the player while keeping an eye on the game.

Football is a sport that can be changed - tactical patterns or systems change from time to time or are steadily modernized. What remains a constant are the players and coaches who are more in focus today than ever before. Media, consultants, clubs, friends, family and acquaintances. The environment is complex. We see ourselves as a service provider: accompanying and developing is our theme.

We accompany players, coaches, clubs, associations and companies and focus on the essentials in their respective core competencies.

To address these topics we offer personal support, but also with a dedicated football online shop: Specializing on training theory, concepts and various book titles - as well as individual training, coaching and workshops.

It is essential to look at football holistically, where many people in various levels are playing a crucial role or impacting the different situations. In addition to the players, coaches, managers and employees, the fans and media also play an important role.

Of course, social and professional skills are crucial factors. In addressing them, we do stand for values such as decency, respect, neighborly support and a feeling of togetherness, while at the same time not ignoring the football-specific characteristics such as the will to win, initiative, discipline, motivation and structured structure.

The basic requirement is: persistence, passion and fun in football!
